I totally just got into Lie to Me. I've always been a crime drama geek, but the characters in this one are really well done. Also checked out the pilot for How to Get Away with Murder, but my little lawyer heart doesn't know what to make of it - on one hand, I can totally see each of the characters existing in real life, but on the other, legal ethics really gets thrown out the window and I don't know if I can suspend disbelief long enough.

Orphan Black I'm only four episodes in, but I'm enjoying it and hoping it doesn't go downhill in Season 3 like Misfits did.

I am going away with season 4 of Parks & Rec unfinished, which is making me a bit sad, but at least I know I have something awesome to come back to

I recently bought the miniseries of Jonathan Strange & Mr Norrell (based on the book) and it was AMAZING. Even my sister, who hasn't read the book, became totally addicted to it. Would seriously recommend it to anyone who likes a bit of history and magic. Alas, it was over too soon for our liking.

Ooh, I haven't read the book (yet), but I'd heard good things about the show, so I'll have to watch it at some point!

Am currently binging Jane the Virgin on Netflix.
I am enjoying it so much, all of its accolades are well deserved. It's very fun, and I had doubts initially that maybe it wasn't kind of my thing, but I was hooked after Ep 1.

I have finished both Season 4 of Parks & Rec and Season 6 of Castle, so I sadly have no TV shows to watch right now (apart from constant re-runs of Spicks & Specks on ABC2) until I bother to go buy the rest of P&R.

I've been watching Reign and Supergirl. Both are amazing and totally worth checking out. Reign is up to season 3 but I only discovered it recently. I also watched the first episode of Jessica Jones, which is also looking good. It's nice to have female superheroes on TV. And Once Upon a Time is still excellent!

Bought Parks & Rec season 5 AND Castle season 7 AND The Casual Vacancy at JB Hi-Fi's DVD sale last weekend, so I am back into the TV zone! (When I get organised with my packing, that is...)

I've been watching this absolutely adorable show called Miraculous Ladybug lately. It's kind of difficult to get though since it's only just started being dubbed into English from French and Korean (it's Korean made, set in Paris).
It's a superhero show, and although it's relatively obvious that's it's been geared towards younger viewers, it blew up on my tumblr and now I'm totally addicted. Seriously, this show has the most amazing fandom. the fanart is stunning and the fics are beautiful and I actually ship the canon pairing, which is so rare for me. I totally recommend everyone watch this show, it's just amazing! I seriously cannot gush about this show enough and I need someone to squee with!

I'm currently about half way through season 7 of Castle and desperately missing PArks and Rec, since I haven't acquired season 6 yet.

Downton Abbey, currently on S2. I love how unabashedly angsty it is and... well, how drama seems to crop up at every turn. Also love the acting, the costumes and the more serious/sedate bits, though.
But then, I'm one of those (some might say uncritical) people who will love the characters I'm meant to and dislike those I'm meant to dislike, and DA makes it particularly easy to do that.

I've been watching Season 2 of Agent Carter. Excellent as always. I've also been watching Shadowhunters, which is the tv adaptation of the Mortal Instruments books. Sadly, they messed around with it quite a lot. But it's good enough that it's still worth watching even knowing that stuff is really messed up in places. If I hadn't read the books I'd be completely in love instead of mostly in love I've also been watching The Magicians. This is an amazing show that I can't quite figure out where its going.

I am watching Parks & Rec...season 3...again...since I watched almost all of seasons 6 and 7 in one weekend a few weeks ago...I may be addicted...but it is the best show ever...
(I am also currently not on speaking terms with Castle, though I will get around to finishing the season I'm currently on at some point in the next few months. Probably once I finishing re-watching all of P&R.)

Most of the things I have been watching are about to finish up :/. Not sure what I'm going to do with myself.
Although, I've been trying to get back into anime recently. I've watched a couple of good ones, namely Free! and Snow White with the Red Hair. Definitely worth getting on board with those, although Free! can be a little OTT at times.

I've just started watching Person of Interest. I'd been wanting to try it for a while, because I'm in love with Jim Caviezel, and luckily it's pretty good!

I finally got around to watching Galavant! And I am so glad I did!
I spent the first few minutes literally staring at the TV screen going "What the hell is this?", but then the tune started to grow on me and my friend and I watched it all in a couple of days. I really love that they made fun of being cancelled - and left season 2 juuuuuust open enough that if they did somehow manage to get another season, they had something to run with, but not enough to make it feel like a cliffhanger.

Ooh, Galavant! is one I've been meaning to try.
This weekend I finished season 2 of Person of Interest . Other than that I haven't been watching much tv...
EDIT: Ooh, I just remembered, I'd also started watching Rizzoli & Isles and was up to Season 2, but sort of lost interest a bit. Partially because my sister got addicted to it and I just didn't have the same level of enthusiasm, I guess?

Recently been binge watching Gilmore Girls in preparation for the Netflix special. I'm also really into two of the new HBO shows -- Insecure and Westworld both of which are great.

Yass Westworld! It is the best, and I am delighted that two of my real life friends have started watching it as well, because it's great.
Also I've started Luke Cage because he is my kind of superhero. Like omg.

I just finished season 3 of Brooklyn Nine-Nine. I thought some parts of the first part of the season were weaker than the previous seasons, but then it picked up again and now I am sad I don't have season 4

I've been watching Rosehaven a bit and relly enjoying it - it's an Aussie show set in Hobart, sort of a small-town comedy/drama. Plus OMG I've finally got my hands on a copy of The Living and the Dead, the new mini-series starring Colin Morgan! I can't wait to get started on it!

Something called Paranoid, with Indira Varma. It's nice to see desi actors in prominent roles. This is also the first Netflix original series I've watched so far, and it's actually quite a lot more enjoyable than I thought it'd be.

I watched The Crown and Lovesick recently, on the subject of Netflix originals, and loved them both. I could definitely do with more Lovesick in my life, and The Crown makes me want to rewatch the remake of Upstairs Downstairs with Lady Persy.
Just finished the second series of The Missing, which was real heart-in-mouth stuff. Such incredible acting/story-telling.

Just finished (and freaking loved) Taboo. I really appreciated that it was set in 1814 London and was portrayed as the merchant shipping cross-cultural society it actually was, and also delved into the horrible crap that underpinned all that imperial wealth (slavery, colonisation, &c). Like, it didn't romanticise at all, the way a lot of period dramas do, and you still found your heroes anyway.
Also there's a legitimately Maori character and OMG MY REPRESENTATION FEELINGS.
Also Tom Hardy being all beautiful and feral.
Can't wait for season 2!
