Lisa's (Tortallan) Timeline - Timeline of events/births/etc. for the Tortallan universe.
Tamora Pierce's Official Website - Great for finding canon information, pronunciations, gods/goddesses, etc.
Goldenlake Tamora Pierce Wiki - A compilation of canon and quasi-canon information. Has tags and is searchable.
Tortall Pronounciation Guide- List of pronunciations for Pierce's Tortall characters.
Emelan Pronounciation Guide- List of pronunciations for Pierce's Emelan characters.

Mary Sue Litmus test - Gauge whether your characters are veering into Sue territory.

The Editing Process
Text Analysis- You can enter the text of your writing and it will analyze it for you, giving you a detailed breakdown of the words and phrases you most commonly used. It's a useful tool for you to examine your writing style and see if you have a tendency to repeat yourself or use similar wording too often.
Hemingway App - Judges the readability of your writing based on grade level. It highlights and color codes sentences that it feels may need editing, with why they need editing.
Word Count Tool - Easy, free, accurate online word counter.
Search Engines
Google - Good search engine, using “image” search is useful for finding pictures of things you want to describe.
Dogpile Search Engine - More specific search results.
Google Scholar - Search for essays.
General
Keep Me Out - For when you might need to block those pesky social media sites so you can focus on writing!
Wikipedia - Editable encyclopedia. Good for looking up historical information or information on topics you don’t quite have a good grasp on.

Synechochic's Writing Meta- Positive writing rants, focused on the craft of writing than they are individual aspects of individual stories. (Keep in mind, Syn's metas use her own fic (SG-1/SGA, often with a m/m bent and in some metas3 of a porny nature) as examples in the meta - it's good fic, though, that can be read with cursory or no knowledge of the fandoms to no ill-effect.)
