Beautiful. It's great that Vedris accepts Sandry for who she is and never wavers in his respect or affection for her. That is exactly how I picture Vedris reacting too.

Thank-you both! I actually wrote 2 versions of the Sandry-Vedris fic, because I wanted to capture the right vibe (and the first one didn't quite get there). *I* never doubted Vedris, but I know *Sandry* would have a little bit, because some allos find the concept of asexuality so alien that you can never be quite sure how they'll react, even the people you know mean you well. Plus, the nobility status potentially adds another layer.

Yes, Vedris! He's always been so supportive of Sandry - even when she does things nobles aren't SUPPOSED to do, or what society doesn't expect her to do.
