This has to be my favourite OSW series of yours this year. Your sentences are so concise and so beautifully phrased, and you really capture the intimacy and joy of their relationship. I also wish Lalasa/Tian had been more than if-you-squint in canon, because I certainly didn’t get it until Tammy confirmed it.

mistrali, thank you so much for commenting! It's awesome to sort of be able to save the best for last, so I'm so happy this has been your favorite of my OSW series this year. I really enjoyed being able to focus on Lalasa and Tian in this series, and it makes me so pleased that you felt the sentences were so concise and beautifully phrased. I also really wanted to depict that intimacy and joy that Lalasa seemed to find in her relationship with Tian in this series, so it is wonderful to know that came through for you in these sentences. I agree that it would've been so nice if the Llama/Tian relationship had been more than if-you-squint canon because like you I didn't get it until Tammy confirmed it and I really like it when sexual diversity is shown clearly in canon itself. That's one of the areas where I think Tammy has improved in more recent books. The diverse sexuality of characters is more clearly stated, and I really appreciate that.
