Title: Toe-Tapping Rating: G Prompt: Pulse Summary: Pasco gets caught up in the music. Words: 23
The tambourine’s staccato-hiss beat, coupled with the upswelling fiddle quartet and melodic flutes, soon has Pasco’s pulse racing and his feet tapping.

You did a wonderful job writing the sounds of music in this story. I could really hear the hiss-beat of the tambourine and the upswelling of the fiddles. And I could totally relate to Pasco's desire to get swept up in the pulse-racing music and tap his feet.

Thank you! Writing and reading about Pasco is just such a physical experience. Rereading his sections in Magic Steps always makes me want to dance as well! He’s a much-needed lighter (in the agility sense of the word too!) touch in that book.

Yeah, I do like Pasco a lot in Magic Steps and wish we got to see some more of him in the books, and his sections do have the quality of making a person want to dance (and for me I'd be dancing a lot less gracefully than him, ha ha). But the fun of dance is all in the feeling, anyway, or so I tell my clumsy self.

Which is why I love characters like Pasco because I can admire his skills, ahah!
