Oooh love that you gave cherry blossoms that meaning! Do you think the cherry blossoms also grow in Tortall? Thank you so much for commenting! I'm so glad that you appreciated the meaning I gave cherry blossoms though I must confess that the meaning is sort of borrowed from Japanese symbolism where the cherry blossom was associated with samuari warriors but I loved the imagery so much that I had to adapt it to the Tortallan universe. I like to imagine that cherry blossoms grow in Tortall or that Shinko would find a way to have them grown magically just because cherry blossoms are so beautiful and I imagine Shinko would love them and miss them if she didn't have them. But that's just my headcanon.

But that's just my headcanon. See I had no idea that was the actual meaning of cherry blossoms! That's so cool! And I bet Lindhall could help Shinko grow cherry blossoms. If he can replicate a Northern forest in Carthak, it shouldn't be too hard for him to grow some cherry blossoms
