To Kel it was addictive; the secret smiles, the late night meetings just to talk or play the occasional prank. She knew that Dom loved keeping it a secret from Neal, so did she, the confused looks he had been giving her lately amused Kel to no end.
Perhaps that was why she never wanted it to end, why in a word she was hooked.
Or maybe it had something to do with the success of hiding her relationship from her best friend for over three weeks, something she had never been able to do before.
But, to Kel, the most likely option was his smile. The Cheshire grin he wore as they watched the results of their prank, all flashing white teeth and sparkling eyes. Or, the soft smile he always wore right before he would kiss her.
That one was her favorite.
