Message: I hope you like this. Sandry was supposed to be there to talk about embroidery or whatever, but she kind of forgot. I hope you like it anyway.

Wishlist Item: 5. Circle and Glaki fic.
Summary: Glaki visits Tris.
Glaki was no stranger to number six Chessman Street. Every chance she got she would run off to spend time with Tris and her brother and sisters. They understood the pressure she was under in a way that most of her peers at winding circle never could or would. They all had loving families and some skill. Glaki had; well, Glaki had Tris and considerable skill.
So, it was no surprise when Glaki and little bear came walking up path to the house one summer afternoon. Little bear was getting older, but he could still easily outrun the young mage. She laughed as she called out for him not to trample Briar’s tomato plants.
She entered the gate and the house without stopping to knock. Everyone who was home would know that she was there, but they also wouldn’t care. Tris was cleaning in the kitchen. Apparently, she had scared off the servants again. It wasn’t hard to clean to Tris’ standards, but no one who hired on as a maid seemed to understand that.
Glaki ran over and gave Tris a hug. Little bear tried to do the same, and the two broke apart laughing. Dajaa entered the room to get some tea. She remarked silently to Briar, Glaki’s here again.
He replied, Yeah the tomatoes told me.
You’d think she was one of us. The smith mage replied.
Briar smiled in his workroom. That wouldn’t be the worst thing.
Tris just shook her head. She couldn’t say for sure what they were saying, so she simply retorted to them, Shut up.
