Title: Hollow Rating: G Summary: Tris loses her magic.
He found her outside, staring up at the clouds, red hair unravelled and curls blowing gently in the breeze. She turned at the sound of his footsteps, eyes rimmed red and the tracks of tears down her face; at the sight of him, her face crumpled a little. It was like looking at the little girl he had met years ago, but more scared and sad than stubborn.
"It's gone. They're gone," she said, voice catching with a sob in her throat. "I can't feel...anything. My magic's gone, Niko."
He reached out and enveloped her in a hug. Tris clung to him and cried into his shirt. "Oh, Tris," he whispered.
He stroked a hand over her hair. There were no sparks, nothing; there was no magic for him to see. His heart constricted in his chest, a feeling of helplessnes washing over him and sticking in his throat. All he could offer her was comfort, and he knew that it wasn't--would never be--enough.

Oh no! Poor Tris Is there a sadder sad face than that one? Cos I'm making it right now. You've written this so well - I can really feel all the raw emotion. And you can tell that Niko really is feeling for her. He's even letting her cry into his shirt.
