I've never thought of how ingrained that color perception must be and how, for the common person, it has no bearing on their idea of the mage at all, because they can't see it.

I've never thought of how ingrained that color perception must be and how, for the common person, it has no bearing on their idea of the mage at all, because they can't see it. If you think about it, the magic decides the colour, but a person's perception of it could alter it. I just thought it was an interesting fact to play around with a bit. Of course Daja would associate hers with red, but someone else might not... Thanks Nicki!
