Title: Diffuse Lighting Rating: PG Couple/Character: Daja Kisubo/Serah Baker Event: 110 word hurdle Words: 110 Warnings: Femme-slash implied. Summary: Life can be soft sometimes.
Her hair was silky smooth, golden like sunshine. And she inhaled sharply when she pulled her closer, bringing her body up against hers. She was burning up, like a phoenix, reborn into a world where there was only soft creamy skin with a sprinkle of freckles and a mouth that parted gently when she nudged.
Completeness.
It had been a long time since she’d held a piece of happiness in her arms, a long time since she’d felt at ease and home. But right here, with this girl, under the grey, cloudy day that should have been dreary, but was instead electric, she felt like she was where she belonged.
