Title: Naughty Letters

Summary: Jon tells an errand boy to be careful with his private letters
“Send this letter to Sir Zahir. He’s just arrived from the desert. Tell him it’s urgent. Before you go lad!”
“Yes your majesty?”
“If I find that letter opened, if I find that seal tampered with in any way, I’ll have your skin. Do I make myself clear?”
“Y-yes, your majesty! Of course, your majesty!”
“Good. Off you go then!” Jonathan said this last bit with a wicked grin. He hated to intimidate the boy, really he did, but that was one of the last letters he wanted in the wrong hands. But he took a little risk because it was so much fun. And really, what harm could be done if the message boy simply had to walk down two flights of stairs to where his most loyal knight was currently residing?
But here was a better question: What would the court, or rather, the entire kingdom think if he was caught sending a naughty letter to his former squire?
