Title: Willow Rating: G Word Count: 130 Pairing: Lark/ Rosethorn Fight: 2/B Summary: Lark is like the Queen Willow.
Rosethorn liked to think of herself as a willow, but when she really admitted it, Lark was more like that particular tree. She was flexible, but strong. Lark was not one to break, but she was much more likely to bend than Rosethorn. Lark was even one who could be likened to a weeping willow given her sad past, even if she never thought of it that way. Lark kept telling Rosethorn that if her family had never thrown her out then she probably never would have discovered her magic. Lark could even be thought of as calming and soothing like the precious willow balm. In these ways, she showed that so much more than Rosethorn she was willing to take the world in stride like the great Queen Willow.

I love the idea of a Queen Willow, and Lark being it. (: And at Rosethorn giving up her tree to Lark. Lovely!
