Title: Seed Stitch Rating: G Word Count: 114 Pairing: Lark/ Rosethorn Fight: 2/B Summary: Seed stitch is Rosethorn’s favorite.
Lark smiled at the irony of it. Of course seed stitch would be Rosethorn’s favorite. The simple alternating pattern resembled the look of seeds sown in the Earth. When she knit cotton or linen or hemp up this way, the fiber came to life in a way that it didn’t when knit using any other stitch. It was as though the fiber remembered being alive without any magical prompting. It lit up and was glorious. The fabric became a piece of art which could have been used for magnificent things, yet all Lark was going to use it for was to make her friend smile, which was a glorious thing in and of itself. LR

Awwr, yes, Rosie's smile is certainly glorious. (: Adorable to see Lark creating something for her - and yes, of course Rosie's favourite stitch would be the seed stitch!
