Title: Was it Right? Rating: G Word Count: 127 Pairing: Lark/Rosethorn Round/Fight: 2/B Summary: Lark and Rosethorn discuss the decision not to tell the children about their magic.
Lying in bed after quite the eventful day in Summersea, Lark and Rosethorn whispered because their charges, who were quite the set of little eavesdroppers, were supposed to be asleep.
“Do you think we were right not to tell them about their magic?” Lark asked.
“I don’t know, love, but we weren’t the only ones. Niko could have told them exactly why he brought them here, or Moonstream before she banished them here.”
“True, plus if Tris had known of her magic, it could have been more trouble after her waterspout got away from her.”
“Still, do you know how much trouble those four can get into now and once they are half trained?”
“Sleep, my Rosie, there will be time enough for trouble in the morning.”

...their charges, who were quite the set of little eavesdroppers... Truer words have seldom been written. :Þ
*Grins.* Oh, yes, there will always be time for trouble in the morning - endless amounts of it. And Rosie can't imagine half the trouble those four will get into! This story made me smile. C:
