Summary: Thayet needs someone to hold
I’m actually very displeased with this, I need to work on these two :/

Jon was away from her bed often. There was no jealousy in it. He spent most of his nights in his study or his own chambers, having no energy left for sex. Thayet, therefore, turned to another to join her.
Buri was young and quick and the only person in the world that she loved more than Jon. It was comfortable for Thayet to kiss her friend’s dark skin and for Buri to bury her nightmares in passion for her friend.
Nights were spent twined in sweat soaked sheets and mornings spent sneaking away and categorizing bite marks. Jon, on the other hand, noticed nothing off about his wife's antics or marks. And if he noticed the rattling at the door when he spent the night, and her almost reigned sigh, he ignored it.
