Myles thought it was very interesting indeed, the way that Alan and Jonathan both stiffened and looked away from each other. All that Gary had done was loudly observe to Raoul that the new silk sheets he'd seen on Jonathan's bed as they were playing chess happened to be the exact same shade of purple as Alan's eyes.
