Lol, that's excellent! I've often wondered that too, but since I don't actually pick up our cat (I think she senses that I have no idea what I'm doing) and she would be heavy anyway, I'm going to try that if I ever get my own kitten!
Maybe Faithful feels lighter because he uses speshul magical powers?
