Title: Uncomfortable Conversations Rating: G Length: 240 Competitor: Owen Round/Fight: 1/D Summary: Owens work is lackluster. Lord Wyldon wants to know why. Goes with Urgent Message but can stand alone. Note: Slightly different from the first. This is all dialogue, and I wanted to give it a try… what do you think?
“Squire Owen, what has been bothering you?”
“Nothing, My Lord,”
“Come now, Squire. We’ve been together for nearly 7 years. Do you take me for a fool? I know when you’re out of sorts about something. My patience is starting to dry up, and I’d like to know, if you please. There is still paperwork to be done.”
“Lord Wyldon, I wouldn’t feel… comfortable talking about it with you, sir, with all due respect.”
“Out with it, Jesslaw! You’ve been preoccupied and it’s affecting your work. I’d like to know, NOW.”
“Sir… I… can’tstopthinkingaboutKel”
“Say again?”
“I can’t stop thinking about Kel, sir.”
“And why, prey tell, can you not stop thinking about the Lady Knight, Squire?”
“I, uh- I walked in on her in the bath Sir.”
“You walked in on her in the bath. And this is causing your work to be substandard?”
“Yes sir.”
“You will stop this nonsense. You will resume your work with the same dedication and standard I expect from you. Seeing some female flesh is certainly no reason to be inattentive to your duties. Why, if it was, all the enemy would have to do is bring a line of naked women to the battle field and we’d all be shot down from unawareness. Resume your work, Squire, and leave all thoughts of naked females for your own time, not mine. It could mean your life one day. Is that understood?”
“Yes sir.”

Lol. I love Wyldon's little lecture at the end.
I think you did a good job of the all-dialogue thing, too
