Title: 1. An Introduction to Philosophy Rating: G Length: 153 Competitor: Raoul Round/Fight: 2/A Summary: An introduction to a series of arguments. Note: It is 3 a.m. at the moment, and just earlier in the afternoon I had finished the last of three consecutive midterms. You may blame my philosophy exam for the following series. In fact, please blame that exam with every atom of your existence, enough so that it will award me an A out of guilt. Thanks in advance.

An Introduction to Philosophy Do you remember, long ago, when you asked how I knew? There are many things I know – I was, after all, a student at the Royal University – and there are many things that still I do not know, but this was more than just a lucky guess. It was a matter of philosophy, and philosophy has always been one of those things that make perfect sense to me.
So really, my dear, it was merely a matter of applying classical argumentation. Of course, I had had to ensure that my arguments would be valid – just how would it look, a philosopher defending an obviously invalid argument? – and so I kept very careful observation.
Oh. I see. You’re giving me that look. Do you really not understand? But it is so simple! Do you truly wish to know everything? Ah. Please, sit down. I fear this may take more than a moment to explain.
