Title: Warrior Maiden Rating: PG13 (please let me know if you think the rating is too low) Length: 217 Competitor: Raoul Round/Fight: 2/A Summary: Raoul can’t get her out of his head after that one sentence . . .
“I can still pat Unicorns…” she had said with a smile. Her virtue was the last piece of innocence she had, and all he could think of was taking that from her. He was suddenly thankful for Buri. He couldn’t imagine how he would get by without her…though he felt guilt when making love to her, while thinking of Kel. In his dreams he saw her in a field in a white dress, which was silly, because he couldn’t remember when he had seen her in a dress, and her hair shone, and she had a pink tinge to her cheeks. A virgin blush. He could imagine himself kissing her, caressing her, laying her down in the long grass and making a real woman of her. And all because of one stupid sentence . . . The next morning was especially hard. He seemed to see her everywhere, which he supposed shouldn’t be to surprising. They were in a fort. And so was his sergeant. And that King’s Reach boy. Both vying for Keladry’s attention. He feels a fool as the first tinges of jealousy rose within him. His stomach knotted. His chest burned. His teeth grinded into each other. And he decides. Even if he can’t be her only and last. He will be her first.

More please I love the way you tied in the other characters in their lives - Buri, Dom, Faleron - and that he is so determined is great.
