Dom had it all wrong Kel thought. He was asking every one of her friends about things that were her favorites but he was missing the one favorite he hadn’t asked for; Himself. Because of him her favorite color was Dark Blue. He had her favorite smile. And he was actually her favorite smell, the jasmine and Lemongrass weren’t. Her favorite days were all the ones they were together, not her birthday. (She wondered who had told him that.) He told all of her favorite Jokes. Her favorite blanket was the one he had given her this last year for midwinter. The fabric of his tunic as she straightened his collar was her favorite. And her favorite food was anything she ate when he was around.
