Title: Desire [The Courtesan I] Rating: PG-13 Word Count: 101 Competitor: Raoul Round/Fight: 3/A Summary: A series of fics based on the progression of relationships in Moulin Rouge’s “Roxanne”
“First there is desire! Then passion! Then suspicion! Jealousy! Anger! Betrayal!” ~Moulin Rouge
It was almost tangible now. In his dark stares. In her fleeting looks. In each brush of a hand or accidental bump. There was something bubbling just below the surface of their relationship. Something that would make the conservatives cheer. For Raoul’s intentions toward his squire were far from pure, and Keladrly’s dream proved their point. Between each conversation was an undercurrent of need. Of want. Of Desire. Finally it became to much. And so they collided, one night when they had settled back into the palace and all prying eyes had gone to sleep. Because somethings, somethings just cannot be contained.

Oh so much wonderful!!!!!!!! (I'm so glad you're using "Roxanne!" I kept thinking it was a good idea to myself but couldn't make it work in my head! This is a perfect start!) ;D
