Title: Summer Rain Rating: PG-13 Length: 130 words Character: Owen Summary: Kel could grow to like summer rain
“I swear it’s not supposed to rain this much in the summer,” Kel complained, as she and Owen ran for shelter.
“And here I was thinking we wouldn’t be the sort to talk about the weather,” Owen chuckled, reaching the door first and pulling it open for her.
“I like to talk about anything that’s trying to kill me,” Kel grumbled. “I think it’s healthy.”
Owen snorted. “Never picked you as the fragile sort, Kel,” he said, his wide mouth curling in a smirk. “Now, I definitely think we need to get out of these clothes.”
They held eye-contact just enough for her to construe his meaning, and then they were racing up the stairs. Kel thought that maybe there was a place for rain in the summer after all.

Oh, there's so much to love in this... literally every paragraph gave me something to internally squeal over.
