Title: Not The Time Rating: G Length: 116 Competitor: Owen Summary: In Owen’s mind Wyldon expects too much of Kel.
::::
“Page Keladry, your form is terrible,” Lord Wyldon chided, “I would have expected better from you by now. I expect it to be much improved by tomorrow or there will be consequences.” Owen knew that Kel’s form was much better than his own, so he did not understand why Wyldon was picking at Kel. Owen did not find it fair that Wyldon expected so much more from Kel. Owen was tempted to stand up for Kel, to tell Wyldon that he was wrong. But Owen was not stupid; he knew when it was the right time to pick a fight. And it was most certainly not here. Perhaps Owen would get another opportunity to defend Kel.

I like this, especially given that he *does* get the chance, at the end of LK.
