Title: Accident Rating: G Summary: Dom deals with the unexpected. 100 words. Written for Isha.
- - -
It had been a night of carefree fun. They had agreed at the time that it meant nothing.
Yet now was she standing in front of him, talking about things he had planned on not considering until he was older and retired. Using unintelligible words like “accident” and “pregnancy”.
Dom sat there numbly. “I’ll do the right thing by you. Whatever it is you want, money, help...” he trailed off, before weakly finishing, “Or marriage.”
“All I want is for you to be the one to tell my parents” answered Aly, before turning on her heel and leaving the room.

This is so awesome. I never would have thought of it, but I can picture it now!

Oh my God, how do you write twists like that? A real sting in the tail, and I could so see it happening.

There's one couple that I've never even given a moment of thought too and oddly, I like it. Very nice job with this one.

Tee-hee. I love your surprises. And of course, once the reader gets over the surprise of the pairing the realize - OMG, he has to tell Alanna and George?! Bye-bye, Dom....

I know! I wouldn't want to be the one telling George and Alanna >_< Isha and I had a discussion who would kill him first - Alanna would be quicker, but George can throw knives!

Yikes! Let me join the chorus of surprised voices--totally didn't see that coming. I think the anxiety about being the one to tell the family might be worse than actually telling them. No matter what Alanna and George say and do, his imagination can come up with something worse than reality.
Actually, I'd like to see a ficlet where Dom and Aly tell them and her parents aren't muderous. I think they would be angry. But knowing their daughter, they would realize that she was a consenting partner. If the sex weren't consensual, they wouldn't even be having that conversation--if Aly hadn't killed him herself, I think George would've (he's sneakier than Alanna).

Looks like Dommy-boy lost an ear! Ahaha, this so would happen. I can just imagine him setting his ear collection down in front of Dom, and watching him squirm. Loved this, of course, Kat!

This is wonderful, and I dearly want to see the other 70,000 words.
You're really good at this "writing drabbles that leave your readers wanting more" thing, yourself! ;D
