Wishlist Item: #1 Anything with Alex
Summary: Alex is taken back by memories when he is fighting "Alan"
Notes: Now that I"m done with my 800 fics, here's a little one
*****
It started put as a simple sparring match. But Alex wanted more. I can over take him! I can. I will.
Alex ground his teeth down with furious determination.
Alex imagined Roger as he fought. I want to be loved. I love. I need to be loved.
As the match went on, Alex felt himself become faster and more enraged.
Feeling his heart beat faster and harder, Alex could only think about his love for Roger.
But all of that soon turned to his father.
I want to be loved! Alex remember crying out as a child to his father who instead, turned the other way.
He cried for attention, but never got any. And soon Alex was crying not out not for Roger, but for his father.
Love me! Tell me you're proud of me! Alex poured all of his strength and misery into bearing down on Alan like he bore down on his feelings all of his life.
An almost female cry knocks him out of his sadness, for the moment.
Alex looked down to see Alan breathing in with much struggle, his hand on his collarbone.
And then he sees Myles rushing up to him. Myles says something but it slides right past his ears. All he could see was Alan, feeble with tears falling down his cheeks.
"Alan... Alan. I'm so sorry, I'm..."
Alex rushes out, not even thinking about Roger.
All he was thinking about that little boy that sat helpless to his drunken, enraged father.
