FAQs: What do I do if….[/b]
POSTING
… I just made a post, but forgot to mention something in it?
Edit your post – on the top right hand corner of your post, you will see a little button that says “modify”. Click this, and add/change whatever you want. Please DO NOT DOUBLE POST!
… I find something inappropriate on the board?
If you find something that is inappropriate, or more generally, breaks the Goldenlake Rules, alert a moderator or administrator immediately. First notify the moderator for that particular forum. However, the forum moderators are not on 24-7, so it is also a great idea to contact one of the administrators OR a global moderator OR failing that, just any moderator that is currently online. That way one of us can fix the problem ASAP.
MEMBERS
… I feel bullied, harassed or victimized by another member of the board?
If you feel in any way uncomfortable or threatened by another member of the board, please contact one of the staff members or myself directly and explain the situation. We will then take the appropriate steps to investigate the issue, and decide whether punishments like warnings or bans are necessary.

FAQs: How do I....
...add an Avatar:
1. Click on 'Profile' (in the links above the Goldenlake banner) 2. Click on 'Modify Profile' (next to 'Member's Bio' and above the bio) 3. Scroll down to 'Personal Information' 4. If you want to use a proboards icon, click the drop down menu next to 'Avatar' and select one. A preview of the avatar will appear. 5. If you want to use a custom avatar, enter the URL of the image next to 'Avatar URL'. Please remember to upload the image to your own server and not hotlink. 6. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click 'Modify Profile'
A note on avatars: Proboards will only allow an avatar to be a maximum of 100x100pixels in size, but they can be smaller. Please also try to keep the file size of custom avatars under 40kb as a courtesy to other forum members. If your avatar is over this size it may be removed by Admin.
...Add a signature? 1. Click on 'Profile' (in the links above the Goldenlake banner) 2. Click on 'Modify Profile' (next to 'Member's Bio' and above the bio) 3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click 'Modify Profile'
A note on signatures: Graphic signatures should be a maximum of 200x500pixels in total. If your avatar is over this size it may be removed by Admin. General Tips
- Please try not to use small font (size 1) for body posts - it is too small for a lot of members to comfortably read.
- Please try to only use colours to highlight important things.
