My work is currently celebrating "Mindful in May" and encouraging staff to practice and share mindfulness and meditation tips.
Does anyone else like mindful and meditation practices? Do you find them helpful?
I use the Headspace app for meditation when I remember. I'm not good at doing it without someone talking me through! But yoga is my favourite mindful practice. Yoga with Adrienne on YouTube has been a big part of my last few months!

I do use mindfulness practices. I find them effective for helping me combat my generalized anxiety.
Through my employer, I do have access to various mindfulness trainings, meditation practices, and desk Yoga trainings on LinkedIn. LinkedIn resources have been great for me especially during this pandemic as there are also trainings about how to approach working from home with a healthy mindset that I've found very useful.
