Does Social Distancing have you returning to old favourites? What are you watching?
I’m a big Austen fan, so my flatmate has patiently sat through the Pride and Prejudice miniseries, and has promised to sit through Emma, too. We’re currently in the middle of a Harry Potter movie marathon.

I went through a major rewatch phase back in Jan/Feb and late last year when I was pregnant/recovering from my c-section and had a newborn. I really just wanted to watch stuff that I had already seen and didn't have to focus on. I think I ended up watching Glee, the early seasons of The Vampire Diaries, The Librarians, the first season of Lost Girl and a few others. Recently though I've been watching new stuff. I've recently discovered Hudson and Rex, which was much better than I thought it would be, The Marvelous Mrs Maisel and The Frankie Drake Mysteries. I've also been watching a lot of anime recently. Anime is a major comfort thing for me, whether it's finding new shows to watch or watching old favourites. There's been a lot of reboots of old favourites lately so it's been a fruitful time for me anime wise

I'll probably be going through my DVD collection as quarantine stretches on. Seeing as most of my DVDs are my favorite movies from when I was younger, they definitely count as comfort. I won't be watching too much next month, however- I'm giving Camp NaNoWriMo a shot, wish me luck!

Good luck MythicMistress! I'm not exactly reaching for comfort viewing, though when I wanted something light and with shorter eps recently, I started rewatching the new One Day At A Time, which I adore. I'm probably not yet at the stage where I'm actively seeking out comfort viewing because I'm still watching Parks and Rec with my partner (who'd never seen it before I introduced him to it). We're finally up to season 7 now, so when that ends I might seek out comfort shows/movies (or we'll try and tick more things off our "favourites to show each other" lists).

I've rewatched the newer Narnia movies (The Lion, the Witch, and The Wardrobe; Prince Caspian, and Voyage of the Dawn Treader). I've also rewatched a lot of Disney animated films I enjoyed in my childhood like Mulan and the Lion King. I've also been rewatching the Harry Potter films--so far I've made it through Prisoner of Azkaban. And I've rewatched all the Star Wars movies.

I've watched a lot of Disney movies too, and I'm rewatching Once Upon a Time with my mom who hasn't seen it! I've also watched a lot of Monk.
