Title: To Steal a Lioness Rating: G Word Count: ~ 220 Summary: A blurb for George.
George Cooper has it all. He's the King of Thieves. An ear here, an ear there, he's respected by his Court and his Lord Provost, and has the Sight to see both truth and lies. No prize is too big or too small when he bargains with the Trickster, and there is no merrier place in all of Tortall, let alone Corus, in his Court at the Dancing Dove. He's a good King, but there's just one thing...
Lady Alanna of Trebond.
Or rather, Master Alan of Trebond.
Alanna has masqueraded her way as a page and now a squire, soon to be knight. Few know her true identity, and he is one of them, trusted with her life and dreams. Together with her friends, including his close friend and rival, Prince Jonathan, Alanna livens up his Court - and his life like little else. It's enough to want to turn respectable...
But that would be the easy path. Discovery of Alanna's secret, engagements to a Prince and battles with a Duke, with threats and troubles to his own throne give him only snatched moments with Alanna before life calls again.
Will George be able to bide his time to steal his final prize - a Lioness for a wife? Or will he lose his throne and all hopes of a respectable life?

I <3 George and I <3 this blurb. George's personality really shines through here and I like how you've set it up so that Alanna isn't just some prize to be won, with both her and George having their own lives and struggles as well.

I love this new/different perspective of the way George woos Alanna.
