Villains Week Challenge: The Softer Side of Cruelty

Have you ever wondered what makes our favorite villains tick? Why does Blayce prefer children? Who started the bullying in Ralon's life? How does Roger *really* feel about Delia/Alex/Thom? Why does the murderer in Tharios prefer to kill Yaksedasi? Did the Thief Lord care about the kids in the Lightning Gang?

Your challenge is to explore these villains and tell us a little about what makes them tick - specifically the things that show us their softer sides.
