“Engaged,” he finished. “I care about Margarry, but it’s nothing to what I’ve been feeling for you.” Releasing her hands, he cupped her face and kissed her. Her lips were soft beneath his, her breath sweet with the taste of fruit. His entire world narrowed to the woman in his arms and the kiss they shared.
