Faleron made sure the door was carefully shut and locked, before he turned to the steaming tub in his room. It was always difficult to get the hot water in, and he didn't like the necessity which brought him to this.
And carefully, he dropped the packet of herbs in the water, and carefully lay back, immersing his sapphire blue hair into the tub of hair dye. This time, he told himself, he had to remember the eyebrows. And everywhere else, so everyone would actually believe he was a natural brunette.
Thankfully, he mused, the eyedrops that changed his red irises to a sea-grey were much easier to prepare.
