Summary: Neal finds out too late and experiences firsthand the awesomeness (read: evilness) of the Awesome Foursome.
Before:
Neal doesn't understand why the King -- which came as a surprise! -- and later Lord Raoul (not a surprise), urges him to find a frog and place it on his Knight-Mistress's pillow. But Neal, being Neal, grins and does it anyway. It's funny, he thinks, and makes a note to hide at least one mile from the Lioness when it happens.
After:
Neal hates frogs. While he sulkily tries to pop his joints back together, he decides that he also hates Lord Raoul, His Majesty and Sir Gareth (who joined in overdue) more than his evil mistress. Maybe he'll even donate the green, spotted amphibian to Alanna, who -- he heard from gossip -- was quite adept at putting squishy things in a certain victim's bed.
